Artur's origins are unknown, yet several rumors persist. His charm, creativity and wit are certainly one of a kind, really ask anyone. However, it must be said, there have been times when he has made babies (and grown adults) cry. However, we’ll save that story for another time… Let's leave it at this, he drew and coded through a decade to co-found Findr Interactive.

I just spent the last hour laughing out loud as Luba was (attempting to) write her bio. This seemed a more dificult task than her simultaneously co-founding Findr Interactive, managing client services, developing new client pitches, organizing AdEaters and getting Zelocal off the ground. Phew! After all that who needs a bio?

There are two things that you will always find close by when you see this Turkish-born Art Director: her sketch book of creative ideas that only the mind of an artist could comprehend, and a Turkish-English dictionary which serves as her go-to guide to explain her creative craziness.

After graduating from the prestigious Marmara University and spending six years at a design agency in Istanbul, Deniz followed her passion to none other than the advertising mecca of NYC where she found Findr Interactive.  The very definition of art flows from her, radiating inspiration and introducing beauty with every touch. You'll see.

Lilian Laskin
Manager, Operations

She is a person of high integrity, intellect and professionalism. Lilian is the gatekeeper to everything at Findr. Her legal background helps her lead the company’s HR, operations, and legal functions making sure that Findr functions around the clock. She can be tough when it is needed, but she is easily bribed with a Twix bar.
